Mr. Voss ' s engineering background has evolved from his extensive field testing and inspection experience around the Texas area. Over several years, he has inspected, sampled, and tested soil, concrete, and asphalt to determine and assess engineering properties and suitability. He is intimately familiar with field and laboratory testing equipment, along with ACI standard concrete placement practices and inspection and testing methods. He has vast knowledge of the ASTM test methods, specifications, and practices pertaining to concrete, soil, and asphalt construction. He has directly supervised and trained field and laboratory technicians.

Ms. Liu's experience has involved building inspection and evaluation. She has personally provided quality assurance services on numerous drilled pier and foundation construction projects, post-tensioned concrete slabs, precast concrete facilities, and structural steel framework operations. These services have included evaluating subsurface conditions, inspecting concrete reinforcing steel and post-tension tendon layout, reviewing shop drawings, monitoring tendon stressing operations, inspecting and evaluating field and shop welds, and testing bolted connections. She has also conducted on-site investigations of questionable quality concrete in both new and existing facilities.
