Kenall provided geotechnical services, and design and construction recommendations, for a new Youth Study Center (building and pavement).

We delivered geotechnical services including CPT drilling, core drilling, soil sampling, lithologic data collection, and laboratory testing to evaluate soil and groundwater conditions, and provided design and construction recommendations based on results. This project was part of the Hurricane Katrina Disaster Recovery related and funded by federal disaster declaration. This project was administered in compliance with federal regulations and GLO/FEMA guidelines.
