As Kenall’s CEO, Ms. Prasad provides the leadership and vision that frames Kenall’s culture of excellent project delivery, and its organization-wide commitment to applying technical and business expertise in solving diverse client challenges. Her more than 10 years of professional experience in engineering, planning, project management, and administrative functions allows her to guide Kenall’s staff and clients in selecting and implementing innovative, value-driven approaches to meet today’s business needs, and prepare for future challenges.

Mr. Prasad is Kenall’s founder, and Lead Civil and Geotechnical Engineer, responsible for ensuring the technical excellence, and delivery of Kenall’s diverse project portfolio across all engineering, construction, and testing and inspection services. With a 23-year professional engineering background that encompasses vertical and horizontal infrastructure, from dams, bridges and levees, to facilities, utilities, transportation, and residential and commercial buildings, he provides subject matter expertise and guidance on challenging projects for federal, state, and local government clients, as well as industrial and commercial entities. Under his direction, Kenall has grown from a geotechnical and testing firm to a full-service Architect and Engineer (A-E) Services firm, with 3 fully operational offices in Houston, TX and New Orleans, LA. Mr. Prasad’s strong commitment towards the growth of the firm has resulted in achieving "Mentor Protégé Achievement Award" from the City of Houston in 2017. Mr. Prasad has been associated with several professional organizations including ASCE, SAME, TCEL etc. and is actively involved in ‘Rebuild Houston’, one of the recent initiatives taken by the City of Houston.

As Senior Vice President and Program Manager, Mr. Raja focuses on partnering with Kenall’s US Federal Government clients. With more than 27 years of experience in Program/ Project Management, and Client Service, he is experienced in anticipating requirements and delivering solutions that meet the needs of the US Air Force, US Army Corps of Engineers, and other Federal Agencies. He understands the unique contract requirements of DoD components, including Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation compliance and Defense Contract Audit Agency cost accounting practices. He brings experience in managing tens of millions of dollars of multi-year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts to the Kenall team. He possesses vast knowledge in construction management process, environmental compliance, assessment and remediation techniques, contract management, and health and safety standards. He is an active member of SAME and various other professional organizations.

Mr. Bahl, is a Principal Engineer and Kenall’s Lead Design Engineer. As one of the co-founders of Ratnala & Bahl (a new division of Kenall), he brings more than 40 years of diverse engineering experience to the firm, with specific expertise in all phases of wastewater treatment, pumping facilities and wastewater collection system projects, from planning through design, construction, and closeout. He has deep knowledge of the City of Houston and its water and wastewater infrastructure challenges. As a manager for the City of Houston, he directed and managed the five-year Greater Houston Wastewater Program (GHWP) totaling $900 million, and was heavily involved in the building and rebuilding of infrastructure for the City of Houston, City of Ft. Worth and Harris County.

As a Principal Engineer and Civil Engineer with diverse structural and civil engineering experience, Mr. Kappel brings his full project lifecycle expertise, from conceptual design through construction, to Kenall’s project delivery. In his 50-plus year career, he has directed many multi-disciplinary project teams, serving Municipal, Government and Industrial clients including City of Houston, Harris County, Harris County Tollroad Authority, North Texas Turnpike Authority, TxDOT etc. Mr. Kappel has been an active member of several organizations such as SAME, ASCE, AWS and served as a chairman for the Building Committee at The Woodlands United Methodist Church.

Mr. Moon is the Senior Architect for Kenall specializing in planning, programming and design of facilities. He has more than 40 years of experience as an architect, planner and project manager in healthcare facilities design and architecture. With experience as both a client and end user, he has unique understanding of the decision-making and budget processes that determine the ultimate outcome and success of many healthcare-related projects. Mr. Moon’s relevant experience includes planning and development of acute care and specialty departments for such clients as University Health System, San Antonio, TX, The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Cook Children’s Medical Center, Fort Worth, TX, The Denver VA Hospital, Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, Northern California Region, VA Hospitals and many more. Over the past five years, he has planned and developed designs valued in excess of $300M for various Federal agencies nationwide. He holds several leadership positions with professional organizations including ASHRAE, American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA), Facilities Guidelines Institute etc.

A seasoned professional engineer with more than 21 years of experience in water resources engineering, which includes hydrology, hydraulics, GIS and project management. His areas of expertise include transportation drainage design, land development, storm water management, hydraulic impact mitigation, basin scale flood control studies, water supply, groundwater analysis, dike/levee design and water quality. He specializes in water resources planning and flood control, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, water quality modeling, geographic information systems, low impact development, and statistical analysis. Throughout his career, Mr. Hossain has successfully developed many multi-disciplinary working relationships, managed multi-discipline teams on an accelerated schedule, and served as a focal point of collaboration between the owner and stakeholders. He is proficient in HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, EPA-SWMM, XP-SWMM, HY-8, WinStorm, MicroStation/GEOPAK/OPENROADS, ArcGIS, MathCAD etc.

Mr. Sabti is highly experienced and technically knowledgeable in Water/ Wastewater design and construction projects from conceptual stage through detailed design and construction for medium to mega size projects. He has several years of experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling of Texas storm water analysis, planning, drainage analysis, and design. Mr. Sabti has designed more than 50 environmental structures, watertight structures such as pump stations, wastewater treatment plant, concrete storage tanks, rectangular and circular as per ACI 350 and AWWA D115 codes and design regulation. He is well knowledgeable of FEMA and related flood studies, highway/roadway drainage design, bridge scour analysis, water system analysis, planning and other aspects of water resources engineering. Mr. Sabti is experienced and technically knowledgeable in providing high quality, safety focused, leading edge sustainable engineering solutions to clients for consulting, design and construction for water, storm water, and wastewater projects. He is highly skilled in team leadership, project management, business development, and client service management.

Mr. Chikyala is Kenall’s Senior Civil Engineer, and currently focuses his engineering, project management, and QA/QC expertise on Kenall’s civil works portfolio, including projects involving dams and levees, and related infrastructure. He has vast professional experience in project management, civil, geotechnical and environmental engineering, soil investigation, and construction inspection, across Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and New Mexico. In addition to civil works, his engineering experience includes vertical infrastructure such as schools and colleges, commercial buildings, municipal structures, transportation facilities, and high-rise structures. He is a registered Red Cross Volunteer serving for ARC of Greater Houston, and an active member of several professional organizations including SAME, ASCE etc.

Mr. Tolikonda is a Civil/ Geotechnical Engineer for Kenall’s New Orleans office, dedicated to providing full service A&E capabilities to our clients in the state of Louisiana. With a diverse background in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, environmental services, construction materials testing, and soils investigation and inspection, he combines his experience with the full range of Kenall’s services to provide solutions to various federal, state and local government agencies, and private clients. He is an active member of organizations such as ACI, SAME, ASCE, and has served as Secretary and Treasurer for ASIE. He has been involved in job fair event JOB1 for City of New Orleans, and actively involves in community events such as volunteering for MS 150, catch-basin clean-up in New Orleans, LA street clean up in Houston, coastal clean-up at Elmer’s Island in Louisiana etc.
