Kenall is under a contract with USACE Fort Worth district to provide A-E services associated with renovating four Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facilities (TEMF) at Fort Hood, Texas.  The purpose of this project is to bring each TEMF as close as possible to the current standard design, to make the facilities more functional in order to allow units to meet mission requirements and to achieve a longer useful life for the legacy TEMF facilities.

Kenall is responsible for the overall project management of this task order, including but not limited to, coordinating and leading the design charrette and review meetings; leading pre-design activities and site visits; reviewing and documenting existing conditions; providing civil and structural engineering input; leading the development of 35%/65%/95%/100% design submittals, performing QA/QC of all deliverables; monthly reporting and invoicing; monitoring cost and schedule; and responding to bidder inquiries and RFIs.
