Kenall earned a notable project award for the renovation and modernization of the Combat Training Center at Fort Johnson (former Fort Polk), located in Vernon Parish, Louisiana. The task order included 7 distinct subtasks, requiring Kenall to deliver detailed assessment reports, design analysis, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and responses to requests for information (RFIs). These deliverables supported the development of Design-Build (DB) and Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Request for Proposals (RFPs) for various SRM and Combat Training Center (CTC) projects. The subtasks ranged from repairs and improvements to guard rail systems, drainage systems, culverts, crosswalks, wash racks, trails, chillers, HVAC systems, boilers, controls, and infrared heaters.

Kenall provided overall project management as well as hydrology and hydraulics (H&H) analysis, geotechnical investigations, engineering studies, design submissions, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) of deliverables and addressing inquiries from bidders and RFIs. The team’s expertise played a foundational role in improving Fort Johnson’s infrastructure and operational capabilities.
