Kenall provided geotechnical investigation services to support the Alexandria International Airport extension. Alexandria International Airport is a hub for UPS Planes and serves the cities in northwest Louisiana. The airport extension, including extension of the current runway, is part of the 20-year Airfield Capital Improvement Program.

Kenall’s services included installing soil borings; material testing of soils; field inspection/testing of concrete, soils, and asphalt; and laboratory testing of soil samples. Our work was completed in accordance with Advisory Circular (AC 150-5320-6E) Airport Pavement Design and Evaluation Manual.
