The Elkins High School Laboratory Modernization project addressed the conversion of 12 existing science classrooms into six general science laboratories, an aquatics laboratory, chemical storage facility and additional preparation facilities. The works also included upgrading eight existing laboratories for digital data networking.

Kenall provided architectural and engineering programming, design and construction services, for the project including laboratory casework, digital networking and equipment.
