Kenall provided complete civil and geotechnical engineering design, surveying, and environmental services for the Franz Road Project, encompassing the roadway from east of Primewest Parkway to Mason Road.

Our services included feasibility studies, developing the preliminary engineering report; performing the environmental assessment, hydraulic analysis, alignment geometrics, utility relocation, and identification of right of way requirements; we also prepared plans, specifications and cost estimates for reconstruction and widening of the existing 3,200 linear ft. of 2-lane roadway to 4-lane divided concrete curb and gutter roadway.
