Kenall performed architectural and engineering planning, design, and construction management services for a $1.076 million dollar renovation project of the interior and exterior of a four-story residential complex for senior citizens, originally constructed in 1978.
Our services included asbestos/mold/mildew abatements, updates for ADA compliance, replacement of residential kitchen/bath components, and HVAC improvements. Compliance with the Seaward Zone of the Texas Windstorm Code was required for the replacement window design. Our scope also included renovation of public spaces (corridors, elevator lobby, etc.) within the north wing.
