Kenall served as the Design Professional of Record for the expansion of the Maersk Sealand Reefer Maintenance and Wash Facility. The project consisted of a 6,000 sq. ft. addition to an existing Maersk Sealand maintenance building to house a reefer repair/maintenance facility, parts room and administrative office. In addition, the project included an eight bay (four reefer and four non-reefer) container wash facility with 3,000 psi injected wash devices for interior and exterior cleaning of both types of containers.

Kenall’s professional services included architectural, civil engineering, structural engineering, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, and related services.
