Kenall’s work brought significant improvements to the METRO Magnolia Transit Center, enhancing both its functionality and aesthetic appeal for the community. Their design efforts introduced a more accessible environment through site grading, the creation of a replacement parking lot, upgrades to the concrete platform, and the renovation and replacement of sidewalks and driveways.
Kenall provided thoughtful design solutions, adding visually appealing patterned concrete, sturdy ornamental security fence foundations, and reliable foundations for brick posts and light poles. These enhancements, coupled with structural updates to the platform and handicap-accessible ramps, fostered a more inclusive and attractive transit center that better serves the community’s needs.
