Kenall provided services over multiple projects to improve Pinemont Drive. The projects including widening of 2,500 linear feet of roadway, and improvement of sanitary sewer and water lines (8,000 linear feet), drainage and pavement, and reconstruction of 5 miles of 2-lane asphalt roadway to 4-lane.

Kenall performed engineering services associated with replacement of 3,000 linear feet of 8-20 inch waterlines; replacement of 5,000 linear feet of 10-15 in. sanitary sewer lines and 2,000 linear feet of concrete box storm sewer; upgrading fire hydrants; and construction of dedicated left turn lanes. Kenall also performed environmental assessments, preliminary engineering and drainage designs, final designs, and construction phase services.
