Kenall was the prime consultant responsible for one mile of controlled access freeway facility including a 320 ft. long bridge at South Post Oak and a 116 ft. long bridge at HCFCD Ditch Unit C-145-00-00.

Our responsibilities included field surveying, location/relocation of existing utilities (plan and profiles), development of roadway plan and profiles, drainage design plans and standards (utilizing THYSYS), retaining wall design, stormwater pollution prevention plan, roadway cross sections, bridge layout and design (utilizing STAAD III), traffic control/sequencing, specification modification and special provisions, quantity summary, and construction cost estimates.
