Kenall provided full architectural and engineering services for the design and construction of renovation and modernization work on existing facilities at the Housing Authority of the City of Houston’s Woodforest Green Apartments. We also performed asbestos and lead paint remediation, where needed.

Our work included the modernization of the interior and exterior of the development. We designed and replaced the existing non-masonry siding, trim and related exterior material with new Hardi-Plank siding, trim, flashings and related items, including new exterior paint. We also cleaned and repaired existing masonry and repaired damage to the building structure, windows and doors.
