Kenall was responsible for geotechnical engineering and construction management associated with construction of the new Canal Street Ferry Terminal. This project includes the terminal, loading ramp and other supporting structures.

Under our contract, we installed and sampled cone penetration test and standard penetration test borings from river barge and landside locations (up to 120 ft. depth); provided basic and advanced laboratory testing, engineering analysis, and technical expertise; and developed bulkhead, foundation, and retaining wall design recommendations, and pavement recommendations, to be incorporated into project plans and specifications. We also performed construction management.
