Kenall provided technical services in support of the Joe Brown Park Renovation and Restoration project. The project included construction of the Joe Brown park track and field facility with amenities including artificial track, high mast lights, aluminum bleachers supported on concrete slab, score board, maintenance building entrance, shelters, electric vaults, tennis courts, and ice skating ring.

Kenall performed geotechnical drilling and testing, and construction materials testing including soil borings, pertinent laboratory testing as per ASTM standards, and construction materials testing; we provided geotechnical design parameters for use in foundation design, pavement design and earthwork recommendations.
