Kenall provided Environmental Phase II services for the City of New Orleans for a stockpile of waste material at Rendon Street warehouse. We performed research of applicable regulations, permit applications, risk assessment, installation of three soil borings, collection of soil samples, laboratory analysis of soil samples (including TCLP/SPLP lead, TPH, and VOCs), and prepared a written report documenting findings, conclusion, recommendations.
