Kenall conducted construction materials testing for the South East Louisiana 24a Claiborne Avenue Phase I project. The project components included construction of a pile founded concrete box culvert, excavation, construction dewatering, driving sheet piling, driving timber piling, utility relocations, maintenance and diversion of stormwater, asphalt road work, and other incidental work.

Kenall provided testing and inspection services during construction, including vibration monitoring, acoustic monitoring, organic content determination, sand content determination, jet index testing, compaction control testing; and field testing services including soil and asphalt density testing, concrete testing, steel testing, and inspection services.
